TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your access to Managed Pip services, including the 100UP Program and BMENT Program. By using the website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any program‑specific agreements.


1. DEFINITIONS

  • Managed Pip — Business entity registered in Australia under ABN 83685892894.
  • User / Participant — Any individual accessing Managed Pip services.
  • Program — 100UP or BMENT.
  • Contractor Agreement — Agreement issued via Deel for contractors.
  • SOW — Statement of Work issued via Deel.
  • Identity Binding — Linking accounts using name, phone, payment method, IP region, behavioural patterns, or writing style.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into agreements.


3. AFSL EXEMPTION & GENERAL ADVICE ONLY

Managed Pip does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). All content is general information only and does not constitute personal financial advice.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions.


4. RISK WARNING

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Managed Pip is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.


5. GLOBAL ACCESS

Services are available internationally. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.


6. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Managed Pip may update or discontinue programs at any time.


7. PAYMENT & BILLING

Payments accepted: bank transfer, card payments.

  • Fees charged in USD.
  • Failed payments may pause access.


Subscription fees are non‑refundable once billed. 


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program content remains the exclusive property of Managed Pip. Users may not copy, share, redistribute, or commercially use any content.


9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users must not:

  • misuse program materials
  • attempt to bypass attempt limits
  • create multiple accounts
  • engage in identity manipulation
  • share proprietary content
  • disrupt program operations

Violation may result in termination.


10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Users must keep all program materials confidential. Contractors are additionally bound by Deel confidentiality terms.



SECTION A - 100UP PROGRAM TERMS


A.1. OVERVIEW

100UP is a subscription‑based program providing general market insights Monday–Thursday, along with optional trading support when requested. All insights are general in nature and following them is at the user’s discretion. 


A.2. SUBSCRIPTION FEE

USD 30 per month.


A.3. TRIAL PERIOD

30‑day free trial ending at 23:59 AEST on day 30. Subscription begins at 00:00 AEST the next day.


A.4. BILLING CYCLE

Invoices issued every 30 days. 

The user’s billing obligations begin only after the Stripe billing trial ends.

The Stripe billing trial begins when the user completes the Stripe checkout process, not when the user signs up on the 100UP website.

Users may be required to complete Stripe checkout before the end of the program trial to maintain uninterrupted access.

If checkout is not completed, access to the program may be paused until the subscription is activated.


A.5. PAYMENT METHOD REQUIREMENT

Prior to the end of the program trial, users will be asked to complete the Stripe checkout process, which requires providing a valid payment method.

Stripe will automatically charge the user’s payment method at the end of the Stripe billing trial.

If the user does not provide a payment method, Stripe will be unable to process subscription billing, and access to the service may be suspended.


A.6. DISCOUNTS

  • Holiday Discount: 5%
  • Referral Discount: 1% per referral Discounts stack automatically.


A.7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users manage their own trading accounts.



SECTION B - BMENT PROGRAM TERMS


B.1 PROGRAM OVERVIEW

BMENT is a structured mentoring program with a contractor pathway.


B.2 PROGRAM FEE

USD 250 for Attempt 1.


B.3 DURATION

  • Attempt 1 → 6 months
  • Attempt 2 → 3 months
  • Attempt 3 → 1.5 months


B.4 ATTEMPTS & SUBSIDISED FEES

  • Attempt 1: USD 250
  • Attempt 2: USD 125
  • Attempt 3: USD 62.50

Attempts are counted per person, not per account.


  

SECTION C - IDENTITY BINDING & MISUSE PROTECTION


C.1 ONE PARTICIPANT = ONE IDENTITY

Managed Pip may link accounts using:

  • name
  • phone number
  • payment method
  • IP region
  • behavioural patterns
  • writing style


C.2 MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS = MISUSE

Creating multiple accounts to bypass attempt limits or refund rules results in:

  • termination
  • invalidation of test results
  • no refund
  • permanent contractor pathway disqualification


C.3 IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Managed Pip may request identity verification to prevent misuse.



SECTION D - TEST INTEGRITY


D.1 INDEPENDENT COMPLETION

Participants must complete the Online Test independently, without:

  • external assistance
  • collaboration
  • AI‑generated content
  • shared notes
  • third‑party help


D.2 BEHAVIOURAL DETECTION

Managed Pip may act on:

  • writing style mismatch
  • communication vs test mismatch
  • impossible speed
  • identical answers
  • AI‑generated tone
  • identity anomalies
  • behavioural anomalies


D.3 SUSPICION-BASED ENFORCEMENT

Managed Pip may invalidate test results, deny refunds, or terminate participation even without conclusive proof.


D.4 CHEATING CONSEQUENCES

Cheating results in:

  • automatic fail
  • no refund
  • termination
  • permanent contractor pathway ban



SECTION E - CONTRACTOR PATHWAY RULES


E.1 NO GUARANTEE

Passing the test does not guarantee a contractor role.


E.2 INVITATION HANDLING

Contractor invitations are based on performance and suitability.


E.3 PERMANENT CLOSURE RULE

Rejecting the contractor invitation permanently closes the contractor pathway.


E.4 DEEL GOVERNANCE

Contractor agreements, onboarding, and payments are handled via Deel.



SECTION F - REFUNDS (BMENT PROGRAM)


Refunds apply only to Attempt 1. Attempts 2 and 3 are subsidised and therefore non‑refundable.


F.1 ATTEMPT 1 - REFUND OUTCOMES

  • 70% refund → pass + reject contractor invitation
  • 50% refund → fail
  • 0% refund → pass + accept invitation
  • 0% refund → pass + no response
  • 0% refund → non‑completion without valid reason


F.2 REFUND MISUSE

Managed Pip may deny refunds if misuse or manipulation is suspected.


F.3 REFUND ELIGIBILITY = ONE PER PERSON

Refund eligibility applies once per individual, regardless of how many accounts they create.



SECTION G - TERMINATION


Managed Pip may terminate access for breach of Terms, misuse, identity manipulation, cheating, or refund gaming.



SECTION H - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).



SECTION I - DISPUTE RESOLUTION


I.1 GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION

Both parties must attempt informal resolution first.


I.2 FORMAL REVIEW

If unresolved after 30 days, the matter may be escalated to formal review.


I.3 JURISDICTION

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.


I.4 NO CLASS ACTIONS

Disputes must be handled individually.


I.5 THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Disputes involving Deel must follow Deel’s procedures.
