REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Managed Pip programs, including the 100UP Program and the BMENT Program. By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

Managed Pip provides general information only and does not offer personalised financial advice. Refunds apply solely to program fees and do not relate to trading outcomes or financial performance. 

  • Refunds apply only under the conditions described in this Policy.
  • Refunds are processed in USD.
  • Managed Pip may deny refunds if misuse, manipulation, or identity irregularities are detected.
  • Refund eligibility applies once per individual, regardless of how many accounts they create.



2. 100UP PROGRAM REFUNDS

The 100UP Program operates on a subscription model.


2.1 TRIAL PERIOD

The first 30 days are free. No charges occur during the trial.


2.2 SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Because 100UP is a digital subscription service:

  • No refunds are provided for subscription fees already billed.
  • Users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.



3. BMENT PROGRAM REFUNDS

The BMENT Program includes a structured mentoring pathway and an Online Test. Refunds apply only to Attempt 1.

Attempts 2 and 3 are subsidised and therefore non‑refundable.



4. ATTEMPT 1 REFUNDS OUTCOMES

Refunds for Attempt 1 are based on the participant’s outcome:


4.1 PASS + REJECT CONTRACTOR INVITATION -> 70% REFUND

If you pass the Online Test and decline the contractor invitation, you receive a 70% refund of the Attempt 1 fee.


4.2 FAIL -> 50% REFUND

If you fail the Online Test, you receive a 50% refund of the Attempt 1 fee.


4.3 PASS + ACCEPT CONTRACTOR INVITATION -> NO REFUND

If you pass and accept the contractor invitation, the Attempt 1 fee becomes non‑refundable.


4.4 PASS + NO RESPONSE -> NO REFUND

If you pass but do not respond to the contractor invitation, no refund applies.


4.5 NON-COMPLETION WITHOUT VALID REASON -> NO REFUND

If you do not complete the Online Test and do not provide a valid reason, no refund applies.



5. ATTEMPTS 2 AND 3

Attempts 2 and 3 are offered at subsidised rates:

  • Attempt 2 → USD 125
  • Attempt 3 → USD 62.50


Because these fees are subsidised, no refunds apply under any circumstances.



6. REFUND MISUSE & IDENTITY BINDING

Managed Pip may deny refunds if misuse is suspected, including:

  • multiple account creation
  • identity manipulation
  • attempt bypassing
  • refund gaming
  • behavioural anomalies
  • mismatched writing style
  • inconsistent communication patterns


Refund eligibility applies once per person, not once per account.



7. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds (when eligible):

  • are processed within 7–14 business days
  • are issued to the original payment method
  • may require identity verification
  • may require confirmation of test integrity
