CONTRACTOR INVITATION AGREEMENT

Last Updated: 6 July 2026

These terms apply when a participant in the BMENT Program receives an invitation to join Managed Pip as a contractor. By accepting or rejecting the invitation, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. NATURE OF THE INVITATION

A contractor invitation is an opportunity to join Managed Pip as an independent contractor.

It is not:

  • an employment offer
  • a guarantee of future work
  • a guarantee of income
  • a guarantee of continued engagement

All contractor work is governed by the Deel Contractor Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE INVITATION

By accepting the contractor invitation, you agree that:

  • your Attempt 1 fee becomes non‑refundable
  • you will complete onboarding through Deel
  • you will comply with all Deel agreements
  • you will follow Managed Pip’s communication and delivery standards
  • you may be assigned client work based on suitability and availability

Acceptance indicates readiness to begin professional work.

3. REJECTION OF THE INVITATION

If you reject the contractor invitation:

  • you receive a 70% refund of your Attempt 1 fee
  • your participation in the contractor pathway ends
  • you may continue learning, but you will not be reconsidered for contractor work

Rejection is final.

4. NO RESPONSE

If you pass the Online Test but do not respond to the contractor invitation:

  • no refund applies
  • the invitation expires
  • you will not be reconsidered for contractor work

5. INTEGRITY & VERIFICATION

Managed Pip may request identity verification before or after issuing an invitation. We may withdraw an invitation if:

  • misuse is detected
  • identity manipulation is suspected
  • behavioural anomalies appear
  • test integrity concerns arise

Integrity rules apply at all stages.

6. Deel Governance

All contractor work is governed by:

  • Deel Contractor Agreement
  • Deel Statement of Work
  • Deel payment policies
  • Deel dispute procedures

Managed Pip does not process contractor payments directly.

7. NO GUARANTEES

Managed Pip does not guarantee:

  • client assignments
  • minimum income
  • ongoing work
  • future invitations
  • performance outcomes

Contractor work depends on suitability, demand, and quality.
