BMENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This BMENT Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the BMENT Program delivered by Managed Pip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in the BMENT Program, you agree to all terms in this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

This Agreement applies before, during, and after your participation in the BMENT Program.


1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The BMENT Program is a structured mentoring and evaluation pathway that includes:

  • training with a demo business account
  • assignments
  • behavioural evaluation
  • an Online Test
  • potential invitation to join Managed Pip as a contractor


Participation does not guarantee a contractor role.



2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • be 18 years or older
  • have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • provide accurate information
  • comply with all program rules



3. PROGRAM FEE & ATTEMPTS


3.1 ATTEMPT STRUCTURE

The BMENT Program consists of up to three attempts:

  • Attempt 1 → 6 months
  • Attempt 2 → 3 months
  • Attempt 3 → 1.5 months


3.2 FEES

  • Attempt 1 → USD 250
  • Attempt 2 → USD 125 (subsidised)
  • Attempt 3 → USD 62.50 (subsidised)


3.3 REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds apply only to Attempt 1 under the conditions described in the Refund Policy.

Attempts 2 and 3 are non‑refundable.



4. IDENTITY BINDING & MISUSE PREVENTION

To maintain fairness and prevent manipulation, Managed Pip may link accounts using:

  • name
  • phone number
  • payment method
  • IP region
  • behavioural patterns
  • writing style
  • device fingerprints


4.1 ONE PARTICIPANT = ONE IDENTITY

Attempts are counted per person, not per account.


4.2 MISUSE CONSEQUENCES

Creating multiple accounts or manipulating identity results in:

  • termination
  • invalidation of test results
  • no refund
  • permanent contractor pathway disqualification


4.3 VERIFICATION

We may request identity verification at any time.



5. TRAINING & ASSIGNMENTS

Participants must:

  • complete assignments independently
  • follow instructions
  • maintain integrity
  • avoid external assistance unless explicitly permitted


Assignments may be used to evaluate suitability for the contractor pathway.



6. ONLINE TEST INTEGRITY

The Online Test must be completed independently, without:

  • external help
  • collaboration
  • AI‑generated content
  • shared notes
  • third‑party involvement


6.1 BEHAVIOURAL DETECTION

We may analyse:

  • writing style
  • communication vs test mismatch
  • answer patterns
  • speed anomalies
  • behavioural anomalies


6.2 SUSPICION-BASED ENFORCEMENT

Managed Pip may invalidate test results or deny refunds even without conclusive proof if misuse is reasonably suspected.


6.3 CHEATING CONSEQUENCES

Cheating results in:

  • automatic fail
  • no refund
  • termination
  • permanent contractor pathway ban



7. CONTRACTOR PATHWAY


7.1 NO GUARANTEE

Passing the Online Test does not guarantee a contractor role.


7.2 INVITATION

Contractor invitations are based on:

  • performance
  • behaviour
  • communication quality
  • suitability for client work


7.3 ACCEPTANCE & REJECTION

  • Accepting the invitation → no refund
  • Rejecting the invitation → 70% refund (Attempt 1 only)
  • No response → no refund


7.4 Deel Governance

Contractor onboarding, agreements, and payments are handled via Deel.

The Deel Contractor Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW) govern contractor work.



8. BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS

Participants must:

  • act professionally
  • communicate respectfully
  • follow instructions
  • avoid disruptive behaviour
  • maintain confidentiality
  • avoid misuse of program materials


Violation may result in termination.



9. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials are confidential and remain the property of Managed Pip.

Participants may not:

  • copy
  • share
  • distribute
  • publish
  • commercialise
  • disclose

any program content.



10. TERMINATION

Managed Pip may terminate participation for:

  • misuse
  • identity manipulation
  • cheating
  • refund gaming
  • disruptive behaviour
  • breach of this Agreement


Termination may result in:

  • invalidation of attempts
  • loss of refund eligibility
  • permanent contractor pathway disqualification



11. NO GUARANTEES

Managed Pip does not guarantee:

  • passing the Online Test
  • contractor invitation
  • income
  • performance outcomes
  • future results


The program is educational and developmental.



12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).



13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


13.1 GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION

Both parties must attempt informal resolution first.


13.2 FORMAL REVIEW

If unresolved after 30 days, the matter may be escalated.


13.3 JURISDICTION

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.


13.4 THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Disputes involving Deel follow Deel’s procedures.
