100UP User Agreement

This 100UP User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the 100UP Program delivered by Managed Pip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in the 100UP Program, you agree to all terms in this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

This Agreement applies to all users of the 100UP subscription service.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 100UP Program is a subscription‑based service that provides:

daily market insights delivered directly to subscribers
optional trading support or guidance when requested
behavioural development and decision‑making improvement
progress tracking
optional community interaction

All market insights are general in nature. Following them is entirely at the user’s discretion.

100UP is not a trading program, financial advisory service, or a source of personalised financial advice.

Market insights are delivered Monday to Thursday each week, excluding weeks listed in the Managed Pip Holiday Calendar. No insights are provided on Fridays or during holiday periods. Delivery times may vary based on market conditions and operational requirements.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

be 18 years or older
have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
provide accurate information
comply with all program rules

3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

3.1 TRIAL PERIOD

The 100UP Program provides a 30‑day program trial beginning on the date the user completes the sign‑up form on the 100UP website.

Separately, the billing system (Stripe) applies an additional 30‑day trial period that begins only when the user completes the Stripe checkout process.

Users may therefore receive up to 60 days of total trial access (30 days program trial + 30 days Stripe billing trial).

To continue beyond the initial 30‑day program trial, users must complete the Stripe checkout process when requested. Failure to complete checkout before the end of the program trial will result in suspension of access until checkout is completed.

3.2 SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION

A subscription is not considered active until the user completes the Stripe checkout process.

Completing checkout creates the Stripe customer record, initiates the Stripe billing trial, and registers the user’s payment method.

Billing will commence automatically at the end of the Stripe trial period.

3.3 SUBSCRIPTION FEES

After the trial, subscription fees are billed automatically in USD.

3.4 NO REFUNDS

Because 100UP is a digital subscription service:

no refunds are provided for subscription fees already billed
users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing

4. IDENTITY BINDING & MISUSE PREVENTION

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, Managed Pip may link accounts using:

name
phone number
payment method
IP region
behavioural patterns
writing style
device fingerprints

4.1 ONE USER = ONE IDENTITY

Subscription access is tied to a single individual.

4.2 MISUSE CONSEQUENCES

Creating multiple accounts or manipulating identity may result in:

termination
loss of access
no refund
permanent ban from Managed Pip programs

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must:

complete exercises independently
follow instructions
maintain integrity
avoid external assistance unless permitted
communicate respectfully
avoid disruptive behaviour

6. PROGRAM CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All 100UP materials are confidential and remain the property of Managed Pip.

Users may not:

copy
share
distribute
publish
commercialise
disclose

any program content.

7. NO GUARANTEES

Managed Pip does not guarantee:

behavioural outcomes
communication improvements
performance results
suitability for other Managed Pip programs
future opportunities

100UP is developmental and educational.

8. TERMINATION

Managed Pip may terminate access for:

misuse
identity manipulation
disruptive behaviour
breach of this Agreement

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
